Extremely busy and popular deli serving great food with service to match.Good size portions for the money and would have no hesitation recommending this establishment.

Annette was our hostess receiving our order. We walked for a quick bite. We just wanted to order and pickup. They have a restaurant area to the side where you can get table service. The sandwiches are delicious. Sorry no pictures at this time. I forgot 😞. I was too busy eating! They have gluten free options so BONUS!!! The gluten free bread is regular white bread, but it's better than nothing.

First time here. I'd eat here again. I love spinach and feta omelets. Probably one of my favorite breakfast meals so I've had a few of them in my time. This one here called a Mediterranean Omelet did not disappoint. In fact it I found the addition of olive tapenade an outstanding addition and the feta was.....well...WOW. Nice sized hunks and tasted similar to ricotta and mozzarella combined. That's the best I could describe the rich & creamy yet firm deliciousness of the feta. I don't know why it tasted a bit different but it was a good difference and I devoured it all. The potatoes were also great. The side of pickles was also superb. I love fresh dills. This place is a winner in my opinion and a lucky stop for me on a busy day. (I know I'm always in good hands eating in West Bloomfield. Their standards are high.)

Greeted and sat quickly. Received water right away. Then 20 min later were greeted by waitress. Order came out incorrect, kitchen said it was correct but whatever. Took another 10 min to get the toast by then half the breakfast was eaten. The jam has always been a fav was only brought out after we asked for it. It was not the usual, it was runny and flavorless. This was a disappointing visit as we have been very loyal customers for years. I hope this was a fluke.

Ordered a carryout with the Beef Barley soup. I was delish!! Lots of beef barley and veggies. It was not overly salty like many restaurant soups are. I was happy to find the base was beef broth like it should be. Several delis I've ordered that soup from was actually made with chicken broth!! It doesn't taste good made without the beef broth IMO. Way less flavor. The egg and tuna salads I ordered were very good too.

Edit: the owner contacted me and wanted to make things right by refunding me for our lunch. He also made sure this wont happen to anyone again by speaking with the servers. I appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction. It was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, and everyone around us got service, but we had to hunt down someone to order food. After our food arrived, no one ever came again to check on us. We had to ask one of the many waitresses for our check. The food was okay, at best. We got a New York Pastrami sandwich and the split pea soup, which was awful. It tasted like a bland soup that had sat on a warmer for a few days. I wanted to like the place because my mom raved about it. We both left completely disappointed. I told the waitress who, in the end, we found out was in charge of our table, and told us that "no one usually sits at my table." Won't be back.

Ordered a sandwich here last week and was disappointed to come home and find that I was missing one of the slices of bread to my sandwich! For a 15$ sandwich this was the last thing I expected. Overall, I thought the flavors were good, but waiting in the store for an extra ten minutes along with not being able to eat half of my sandwich properly pretty much hampered the experience. **Update I reached out to Rick the owner and he was sympathetic and eager to make things right. He covered my next meal and his staff made sure I was taken care of. The food turned out to be pretty good and I was very satisfied overall. Thank you for taking the time give me a better experience!
